    Causes and the number of days of absence

    ※ Authorized absenteeism days are excluded from Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
    (e.g., if a parent's death occurs on Wednesday, an official absence may be recognized on Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday (5th) except Saturday and Sunday)

    Application procedure

    1. A student shall file an application for an official absence by attaching approved absence documents within 10 days from the date of the completion of the official absence or grounds.
      (However, an application for menstrual confinement shall be made within 10 days, but no documentary evidence shall be submitted.)
    2. In the case of an official absence due to an early employment of a prospective graduate, if the employment period continues after the end of the semester, he/she shall apply for an official absence at the end of the semester.

    Performance evaluation

    The professor in charge shall evaluate students' attendance, assignments, tests, grades, etc. by compiling them.

    Performance evaluation criteria

    Performance evaluation shall be an absolute evaluation, and it shall be classified into seven grades according to the standards prescribed in the following table: At this time, grades of Grade C or higher shall be paid, and Grade F shall be failed.
