Degree claim qualification examination

    Information about qualification exam and English exam for the qualifications of Master's program, Doctoral program, and Master's and Doctoral program combined is available.

    Eligibility for application

    The master's course

    Student who has obtained at least six credits for the English test and at least 18 credits for the comprehensive exam (excluding common school subjects and master's thesis research) and whose average grade is "B" or higher, and has been recommended by a guidance professor;

    doctorate program

    Student who has obtained at least six credits for the English examination and 27 credits for the comprehensive exam (excluding doctoral thesis research) and whose average grade is at least "B" or higher and has been recommended by a guidance professor;

    Master's and Doctor's Integration Process

    Student who has obtained at least six credits for the English test and at least 45 credits for the comprehensive examination, and whose average grade is at least "B" or higher, and who has been recommended by a guidance professor;

    Test date and time : Test date is announced before the beginning of each semester.

    1. Comprehensive test : 10:00 to 11:30 (90 minutes)
    2. English test : 11:50 to 12:50 (60 minutes)

      3. ※ Test results will be updated at INJE information system (http://web.inje.ac.kr) within three weeks from the test date

    Application fee

    1. Comprehensive test : 30,000 won for a master's degree and 50,000 won for a doctorate.
    2. English test : 20,000 won

    Submit an application

    Submission to the relevant department's office with a strict deadline for designation (if not submitted within the designated deadline, it shall be deemed that he/she has no intention of applying)

    Certificate claim qualification English test substitution recognition

    If you submit a TOPIK grade 4 or higher report card for a foreign language test (excluding a TOEIC test for graduation qualification in school) or a foreign language test after completion, you will be accepted as a substitute for the English test.
