Established in 1994, the department of nursing at Inje University opened a graduate nursing department in 2001, a psychiatric nurse course in 2004, an emergency nurse and an intensive care nurse course in 2005, and an elderly nurse course in 2007. In addition, in 2010, a Ph.D. program was established and operated to foster professional human resources required by the nursing community.

Our nursing department has maintained the certification of nursing education certification since 2015. In addition, graduate students of this school serve as professors and researchers at major nursing universities in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam, and have been promoted to nursing universities in March 2020 and continue to contribute to the discharge of professional nurses.

Graduate schools aim to foster professionals as follows:

1. A new intellectual who can creatively combine changing information on the basis of knowledge in life sciences;

3. Person with great character who serves the country and the local community by practicing human love, respect for life, and environmental conservation;
